Warranty
MVLsoft warrants that the software will perform substantially as specified in the product’s user guide for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to make changes to the specifications of the software and the contents of the user guide without obligation to notify any person or organization of such changes. Any implied warranties are limited to 30 days. Some states do not allow limitations of duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
MVLsoft’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option, either the return of the price paid or the replacement of the software that does not meet our Limited Warranty and which is returned to us with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software is due to accident, abuse, misapplication, or complications arising from your choice of hardware, operating system, or auxiliary software.
Except as specified above, MVLsoft disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software, example files, and user guides. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
In no event shall MVLsoft or any of its employees be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use our software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages. Since some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
Privacy
We respect your right to privacy and will hold your private information in confidence. We will not divulge your personal information to marketers or other third parties. If necessary, we may divulge your information for reasons related to net abuse, collection of money owed us, or compliance with law. We may occasionally use your information to contact you regarding new versions of our products. Our web site does not use cookies.
When you purchase one of our products via , our order-processing service, we receive personal informations and the date and time of the order.
